Hello, my name is Constanza Bergs, a photographer based in the Berkshires of Massachusetts.
I was born in South America, Colombia, in the city of Neiva. I grew up in a very colorful country, rich in gastronomy, fauna, and flora, in the midst of a very loving family. I am the oldest of 4 siblings, my father worked for one of the best-known banks in Colombia for more than 50 years, and my mother, with whom I have shared most of my life, is an innate artist; she was my first reference inspiration.

I've been a photographer ever since I got my hands on my mom's camera. My love for photography started at 13 years old. I found happiness taking pictures of my three little siblings during family events. Later in 2010, while living in California, I had the opportunity to participate in a missionary trip to Rwanda. It was there in that missionary trip that my life changed in so many positive ways, it was an amazing and gratifying experience. It was also there that my love for photography came back to me again (o never left?). I remember carrying my first SLR camera wherever I went. Upon returning to California, I was still having my camera to friends' houses and social events. One day my work caught the eye of a friend who asked me to join his team of wedding photographers in LA.

My big day came in late 2010 when I officially became a US Citizen. It was a significant and proud moment for me as I knew my journey had just gained momentum. In early 2012, I decided to start my own photography business, also shooting small weddings, kids and family portraits, and other events. My passion was embedded in my creative outlet of photography. I even photographed sports events, but not Marathons because, in this case, I preferred to be running 26.2 miles! Yeap, I am very proud of my marathon running record.  Photography is my passion; it's who I am and how I see the world.

I specialize in shooting outdoors on location to provide the best natural elements and lighting. And where you, your family, and your pets also get to hang out, play, and be yourself.  My goal is to capture your unique quality of personalities, moments, genuine emotions, and stories during our time together. I love the candid shots as much as the sit, pose, and smile photos!

Today, I am fortunate to participate as a photographer in multicultural events here in the Berkshires and also work in one of my other passions, community service.

Thanks for stopping by!!
Much love,

Connie Bergs
